Over the past 25 years we have managed, developed and marketed some of the largest and most successful developments in the Intermountain West:

Cottonwood Corporate Center set the benchmark for suburban office development in Salt Lake City, with over 950,000 sq ft. We envisioned and created the concept plan, entitled and developed the land and buildings.
Jordan Landing is the largest master planned mixed use development in the State with over 1350 residential units, over 2 million square feet of retail including: Corporate Headquarters, several lending institutions and dozens of restaurants and shops. Jordan Landing set the bench mark for master planned mixed use development in Utah.
In 2006, Salt Lake Realty sold over $38 Million worth of real estate which
will be used for more than 2,000 residential units and consist of numerous commercial
uses.
In the Spring of 2008, after almost 2 years of discussions and negotiations,
Salt Lake Realty was retained by DYNO Nobel, a billion dollar international
explosives manufacturing company, to manage the annexation, conception, entitlement,
development and eventual marketing of a 732 acre site in Saratoga Springs, UT.
