James W. Taylor

A native of Salt Lake City Mr. Taylor began his real estate career in 1979, earned his Real Estate Brokers license in 1982 and received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Utah in 1985. Mr. Taylor has worked both nationally as well as in the local Salt Lake Real estate market and has learned from experience the need for localized focus and relationships coupled with a national perspective.

As Principal Broker and Project Manager, Mr. Taylor participated in the phenomenal success of Jordan Landing. Unparalleled lease rates, land prices and absorption of retail, Corporate Headquarter buildings, office buildings, medical clinics and over 1350 residential units has Jordan Landing the premier mixed use development in the Salt Lake Valley.

As Senior Vice President of Development Mr. Taylor created the vision, implemented the entitlements and development of the 970,000 square foot Cottonwood Corporate Center. The project has become a bench mark for suburban office development in Salt Lake City.

As a Vice President end Environmental Policy Officer of American Stores Company, Mr. Taylor oversaw the disposition of excess property on a nation wide portfolio. As Environmental Policy Officer, Mr. Taylor implemented the policies and procedures for the acquisition and disposition of contaminated properties and managed dozens of remediation programs.


Dustin E. Holt

Partner/Associate Broker

A Utah native, Dustin's love for real estate started at a young age as he would spend hours sketching plans for his future subdivisions & homes. This love blossomed and Dustin soon found himself at the University of Utah pursuing a degree in Architectural Design. While still attending college, Dustin found himself involved in his first real estate transaction. After months of value-added work he was finally able to witness the evolutionary process of old-to-new. He enjoyed the process so much he found himself yearning to do it again.

In the Fall of 2002, Dustin began working with TruNet Real Estate, a small boutique real estate brokerage, where he evaluated residential investment opportunities. After successful completion of small residential projects, he decided it was time to pursue larger opportunities so he moved to EXIT Realty Advantage in Midvale, UT where he quickly became Head of Builder/Developer Relations. Here Dustin began to expand his understanding and knowledge of land development as he helped his clientele acquire & develop multi-million dollar projects.

In May 2005, Dustin would once again choose to increase his real estate development knowledge and potential as he began working at SALT LAKE REALTY. In 2006, while representing various Builder/Developer clients, Dustin was an integral part in the acquisition & development of more than $38 Million in land development projects. It is these development projects Dustin says, "...that get me out of bed each morning and keep me up each night."

In the fall of 2006, Dustin became a partner in Salt Lake Realty as he personally exerted himself in efforts to help the growth, efficiency and overall productivity of the company. Dustin is also heavily involved, on a personal level, also on behalf of Salt Lake Realty, in such programs as Urban Land Institute (ULI). Were he recently participated in a Young Leaders Mentor/Protégé program through the local Salt Lake chapter, and is currently serving on the Programs Committee.

In 2009, Dustin finished the required curriculum and passed the necessary testing to upon a Real Estate Brokers License in the State of Utah.
