Current Projects

Teguayo   is a 730 acre master planned mixed use community located along the Wasatch Front in Utah. The concept of Teguayo was to master plan the future land use of a heavy industrial dynamite manufacturing and testing facility to meet the future growth needs for development on the Wasatch Front. The approved plan calls for 4360 Equivalent Residential Units (ERU’s). Incorporated in the plan are;
